Shipping & Returns

We deliver to every state and territory in Australia. Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouses within 1–2 business days of being placed.

• Metro areas: 3–6 business days
• Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days
• Bulky items (e.g. large beds) may take slightly longer

Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, and completely free on orders over $69. Your cart shows a progress bar so you always know how close you are to free delivery.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door. You can also contact our team any time for an update.

Subscription orders are processed automatically on your chosen schedule and qualify for the same delivery options. You can skip, pause, reschedule or cancel any time before your next order is processed.

We want you and your pet to love every Furvana order. If something isn't right, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Email hello@furvana.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is received.
