By accessing or purchasing from furvana.com.au you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. This is a template provided with the storefront demo and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before going live.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We aim to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time.

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment taken.

Subscribe & Save orders recur on the schedule you select and apply a 15% discount to eligible products. You can skip, pause, reschedule or cancel before your next order is processed. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. Our returns process is set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our products are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always introduce new foods gradually and consult your vet about your pet's specific dietary or health needs.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Furvana is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
